We loved our stay at this brand new hotel. It is conveniently located near Plaza de Armas and restaurants. The staff were friendly, polite, and very accommodating. Our room was clean and new, just like the photos showed. The hot shower was strong and provided much-needed warmth in the cold days of Cusco. The beds were comfortable, clean, and warm, and we even requested a heater which they provided. The hotel provided toiletries, soft towels, a hair dryer, and free water that was replenished daily. We appreciated the large TV and good wifi. The breakfast had a good variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel for relaxation after a day of traveling or touring. We even requested a late checkout, which they happily agreed to. The price for the service we received was great. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.
