Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel close to the main mall in Tapachula, and it exceeded my expectations. Great complementary breakfast and a wide variety at the pool bar. the location was spot on, everything is well connected, and walking distance to the mall. But what I enjoyed the most was the friendly staff always willing to help with restaurant recommendations and transportation, they make you feel right at home.

Although I loved my stay at the hotel, I would have appreciated a bigger gym with more equipment and a late checkout option.

Friendly staff members, nice rooms, big breakfast, and nice pool. I booked a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, they didn't have one available at the time. It took about 30 minutes for me to check-in and resolve the issue. Despite this inconvenience, the staff did not upgrade me to a suite. com, which had indicated that certain rooms were available when they were not. However, overall I would still recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's conveniently located just steps away from the main shopping center, making it easy to shop and enjoy the local vibe. The service was fantastic, with room service always available and helpful staff that made our stay enjoyable. The outdoor area with the pool and bar was fantastic and made it easy to relax and have a drink. We were impressed with the variety of amenities provided, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, hairdryer, and toiletries.
