I particularly enjoyed the terrace where I could relax and enjoy a beautiful view. the hotel provides a comfortable and luxurious experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the business district and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops, as well as the Nelson Mandela Square. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, from the friendly reception staff to the chefs in the open kitchen. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We particularly loved the separate working table with a comfortable chair, which was perfect for business travelers. The rooftop bar provided stunning views and was a great place to unwind after a long day.

The hotel's location is highly convenient as it is within walking distance to a shopping complex, making it very useful for guests who want to do some shopping. It is also located in a safe area and close to nearby attractions. The maintenance of the rooms is not very good, with issues such as loose shower head brackets and missing door hooks.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the pool area was beautifully decorated and a perfect spot to relax. the bar service was great, and the well-laid-out room was comfortable. the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the support team who made us feel at ease.

the gym carpet had a bad smell that made it difficult to work out. the view from our room could have been better, as it overlooked the neighboring building's waste area.

The staff, especially Esther at the reception, were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. WiFi worked well, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The separate working table with a comfortable chair was great for business travelers. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.
