helpful throughout my stay. The shuttle service to Sandton Mall was a bonus, making it super convenient to explore the area. However, the gym was quite small, and the pool's temperature could definitely have been warmer.

the room I received was a total disaster, dusty and unclean, really gives 'ignored' vibes. Also, how is it possible to be woken at 08:30 on a Sunday for room service? I expected at least some special treatment for my stay, but I guess they just don’t care about guests who deserve better.
