The staff at Holiday Inn Mexico Santa Fe, An Ihg were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond by making phone calls and arranging taxis for us. We were pleasantly surprised as the majority of people we encountered in CMX didn't speak Spanish fluently. Despite the hotel not being within walking distance of downtown, we discovered a fantastic restaurant on site. The food was excellent, and we also enjoyed the delicious street food nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
