The hotel had a great location near the beach, with easy access to the ocean just a few steps away. the rooms had beautiful ocean views and spacious balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the scenery. the hotel had two nice pools, perfect for a refreshing swim.

The beds in the rooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable, causing discomfort and making it difficult to sleep. There were no clocks in the rooms, so it was necessary to bring an alarm clock for those who wished to keep track of time.

The hotel offered fantastic views of the bay and a clean room. It was conveniently located near restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the area. the friendly staff provided good service throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was on the smaller side and there was construction happening nearby, which could be noisy. Additionally, the valet parking service took some time to retrieve our car, even when we called ahead.

The hamburgers need more cooking. English-speaking staff, no greeting at the door, dark and cold first impression. Simple questions unanswered over the phone. All-inclusive was advertised, but not provided. Great resort for the price, extended our stay twice. Spacious pool area and easy beach access. Lovely view from balcony. Comfy bed and friendly staff. Attention and view were nice.

Holiday Inn was great. Loved the ocean views from our spacious, clean room. The pool area was relaxing and refreshing. Although room service stopped early, we found great food nearby. a fantastic stay.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a great view. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and a short walk from the nightlife area. The staff treated me exceptionally well, especially Mr. Carlos at the reception who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

One of the highlights of our stay was the poolside bar, where the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection of local dishes, and we even got to enjoy a fun Friday, Saturday, and Sunday "fiesta" by the pool. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach and a serene atmosphere. We often had the pool to ourselves, making our stay even more relaxing. the Holiday Inn Resort provided us with enhanced comfort, quality services, and a truly wonderful experience.

The hotel had a beautiful view, with a convenient location just steps from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a huge and comfy bed. The hotel staff, especially Martin the doorman, provided excellent service and made our stay memorable. There were always taxis available, and the hotel had good facilities including a gym, two pools, and WiFi.

Great staff and helpful. the property was in good condition, easy walk to restaurants. Good breakfast selection with fresh fruits. And easy access to the beach.

When I checked in late at night was given a dirty room so I had yo go back all the way down to reception for new keys to a different room. the overnight person at the entrance was so rude asking for information on my company and sorted me twice to the room to verify I had a room, makes no sense when I showed him the keys.

The Christmas celebrations were fantastic. the hotel had a great atmosphere and it was decorated beautifully. They gave us complementary champagne and a fruit basket to celebrate the occasion. the location was perfect, right on the beach and close to some great restaurants. the room was clean and had a great view of the ocean.

The service at the pool bar was slow and the staff seemed disinterested. We also had some noise from the generators outside our room, but it wasn't too bad.
