I had an incredible time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is extremely picturesque, with a beautiful beach that you can walk for miles with no interruptions. The hotel is safe and secure, and the staff were beyond wonderful. Carlos on the beach, Orlando behind the pool bar, Theodore and Cesar in the lobby were always there to greet you with a smile. The service was amazing, and the staff were always helpful and kind. The hotel put on a Saturday night fiesta, which was a highlight of my stay. The entertainment and beach access were outstanding, and there were plenty of activities to keep me entertained throughout my stay. The spa and wellness center were perfect for relaxation, and the massage services were top-notch.

The fiesta Mexicana night was enjoyable. The bar area by the pool was a great place to relax. We loved the easy access to the beach and the hotel's convenient location, right across the main shopping mall and down the beach after 9 pm. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable.

The options for chairs on the beach are limited. Other than that, this hotel is highly recommended for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Despite some mixed reviews, I had a positive experience at Holiday Inn Ixtapa. The location was fantastic, right by a quiet beach where I could relax. The private tour of the ruins and beach lunch organized by Gerardo and Victor were fantastic additions to my stay. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable getaway.
