Breakfast was a shining star

During my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in East Grand Forks, the breakfast was a delightful experience, offering fresh fruit and rich coffee that really stood out. The staff's friendliness made mornings brighter.

Squeaky beds disrupted sleep, and there were issues with bathroom ventilation, leaving condensation. The garbage disposal noise at dawn was an unwelcome surprise.

the king room was absolutely musty, so pleasant, opened the door and inhaled dampness. and don't get me started on those hard beds. i expected at least an upgrade for my suffering, but the staff just wrote it down on a card? i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t, really.

The fitness room was okay, but it lacked some

essential sanitary supplies, which was disappointing for a new hotel. I did appreciate the large walk-in shower in my king suite. it felt luxurious after a long day. Overall, a pleasant stay but some details could use improvement.
