The location of the hotel was secluded and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The rooms, although a bit cramped for sharing with a friend, had clean sheets and the bathrooms were connected to the bedroom. The staff was friendly and the meals provided were excellent. The pool was clean and spacious, and the fireplaces with comfortable seating were a great place to relax.

The signage from the roadside to the hotel was not very clear.

The beautiful location and tranquil surroundings at Horsepower Ranch were exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The rustic charm of the lodge and mountain air created a unique and wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

I enjoyed staying at this unique hotel surrounded by mountains. the spacious and beautifully landscaped grounds offered a tranquil respite from the busy city life. the staff was friendly and helpful and the excellent meals offered were a plus. One of the best aspects was the pool, which was clean and big enough to swim in. Another great thing was the presence of the horses and dogs that roamed the grounds freely.

The main drawbacks were that the rooms did not have air conditioning and there was no TV. the bedding seemed old and possibly dirty, although the sheets were clean.

The staff was outstanding, going above and beyond. Relaxing atmosphere. Great food. Beautiful mountain views.

Friendly staff, delicious meals, beautiful mountain views, spacious grounds, clean pool. Loved the free-roaming horses and dogs. Fireplaces with cozy seating were a great hangout spot. Will definitely return in the future.
