We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the train station. We were relieved to find that we didn't have to travel far, especially after a long journey. The staff here were amazing, going above and beyond to assist us. We were also impressed by the on-site onsen, a wonderful way to relax and unwind.

Would recommend to families.

The hotel location was ideal for our romantic escape, just steps away from the train station which made it easy for us to catch the morning train. the prices were very affordable, with comfortable and spacious rooms that included a fridge and kettle. the highlight of our stay was the hot spring that had both indoor and outdoor baths, providing a relaxing experience at no extra charge.

The restaurant options were limited, with only one restaurant on-site and another on the first floor which closed early. There were no nearby convenience stores or restaurants and we had to bring our own food which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a modern design and is fresh and clean. The room is spacious compared to others in the same price range. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices and has a pleasant nature view.

We loved the location of Hotel La'Gent Plaza in Hakodate. It was just a short walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient for our travels. The staff was incredibly helpful and the facility itself was modern and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. The onsen on the lobby floor was a wonderful bonus, and we even enjoyed a relaxing massage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its location, quality, and service.
