We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the city center and adjacent to the main square. The rooms were lovely and clean, and despite the trams running close by, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with made-to-order selections and a cold buffet. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location near the tram line were the best aspects.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside the main square in the old listed building. The location was amazing, with most attractions just a short walk away. The room was spacious, with beautiful wooden beams and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. my stay was enjoyable and I especially loved the historic charm of the building.

That the internet login information had to be entered quite frequently, which became a bit tedious.

The Santi hotel in Krakow was a great choice for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main market square. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth. The room we initially received didn't match the pictures we had seen online, but after speaking with the duty officer, we were upgraded to a beautiful room with frescoes on the walls and wooden beam ceilings. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of Polish dishes and freshly made omelets. The outdoor terrace was a lovely spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service.

The only slight drawbacks were the noise from trams if you have a room facing the main road and the basic furniture in the room. However, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options to start our day off right. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
