The shower design is frustrating—water spills everywhere!!! Noise from traffic starts early and makes sleeping difficult. The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, as the decor screams outdated!!! Make better use of the space in the lobby!!!

The bed was super hard, like sleeping on concrete, and the noise from upstairs was a bit annoying. But the staff were friendly and the location was tops!

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the spacious room accommodating our newborn. The restaurant's breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, allowing us to explore downtown without being in the thick of it.
