Amazing river views, free WiFi, and private parking. The cottage had a cozy terrace with mountain views and a flat-screen TV. Safety features included a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit, and window guards. Free self parking and WiFi in public areas.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely presence of mosquitos. Such delightful companions during my stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the Landmannalaugar region and the Fjallabak Nature Reserve. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The customer service from the host was excellent, with quick responses to our inquiries and a friendly and supportive staff. The wifi was reliable and fast, and there was ample parking available.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage. the kitchen had everything we needed, even salt and pepper! the bed was comfy and we loved the big windows that provided a great view of the volcano Hekla. the host was very attentive and provided fast instructions when we had a small issue with the stove. the location was perfect for exploring the Landmannalaugar region and Fjallabak Nature Reserve. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway in the middle of nowhere.
