I loved the convenient location of Hotel Antillano. Being just a few feet away from public transportation made exploring the city so easy. And the fact that Parque Las Palapas was within walking distance added to the amazing experience. The variety of food vendors and goodies available for sale, especially on weekends, was a delightful surprise.

Its proximity to popular attractions like Chichen Itza, Coba, Tulum, and cenotes made it a convenient base for exploring the area. We were impressed with the excellent service provided by Krea Travel, a travel agency conveniently located in the hotel. Another highlight was the availability of hot water at all times and the water dispensers on each floor, offering refreshing Crystal hot and cold non-bubbled mineral water.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cancun during Easter, and I must say that the location was perfect. It was conveniently close to the ADO bus terminal, which made it easy for us to catch our flights. Additionally, the hotel had a pool that was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed taking a dip after a long day of exploring. the air conditioning in the room was also a plus, as it kept us cool and comfortable during the hot weather.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was no elevator in the hotel, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient.

Spacious rooms, filtered water available. Accommodating staff, left luggage for a week. Convenient location, quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel was conveniently located near the bus station and markets, making it easy to explore the area.

The room had a strong cigarette odor, and the air conditioning was connected to other rooms which made the smell worse. Although the receptionist asked me to sign the credit card receipt with an electronic signature, I wasn't sure if it was reliable.
