The breakfast was good with a variety of options. We enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The hotel had a beautiful view of the mountains. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a great time at the hotel, which was conveniently located close to the center and within walking distance of the Gondolas. It was easy to carry money around with us, as the restaurant allowed us to pay for everything from the al a carte menu.

The dining area could sometimes get a bit crowded, making it a bit challenging to find a table at peak times.

I was really happy with the value for my money at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which is not always the case on ski vacations. The location was fantastic, being close to the lifts, market places, and the city center. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful during our entire stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bansko. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The spa facilities were fantastic, especially the jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location was great, near the forest and just a short walk from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary hot drinks and cookies served at the lobby. We also enjoyed the shuttle service to the ski resort, making it easy for us to get to the slopes. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the room had a great view of the surrounding area.

We found the Wi-Fi to be very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to use our devices. The food at the restaurant was not up to the expected standard, with limited options and bland taste.

I had a great experience at this ski hotel & spa. The breakfast had a wide food selection, including fresh pancakes. There were plenty of activities to choose from, like swimming at the hotel pool, playing table tennis and billiards, and relaxing in the indoor spa or thermal pools. I particularly enjoyed the piano performance in the lobby at night. The location was perfect, with regular shuttle buses to the Gondola, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. The Spa & wellness centre with a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms were exceptional. The beautiful garden area with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and pool with a view was perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff at the lobby bar and restaurant provided excellent service. The restaurant offered delicious special diet menus and a variety of dishes for breakfast, dinner, and packed lunches.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the slightly outdated furniture in the room. However, this did not affect our overall experience at this venue.
