The helpful staff at Hotel Anua went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. They promptly addressed any concerns we had, including changing our room to one with a better view. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the excitement of Dia de los Muertos. The hotel was also very clean and had water coolers for purified water.

Close to historic center. Perfect room, simple with AC. Clean hotel. Staff small but tried to fix problems. Good location near cathedral, some rooms without windows but changed upon complaint. Great bed, linens. Walking distance to everything. Helpful staff. Perfect for Dia de Los Muertos. Good water coolers for purified water.

Great New Year party! We loved the decorations and the amazing music. It was the perfect way to ring in the new year. Plus, the location was so convenient. It was really easy to get to all the nearby restaurants and bars. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help us out.

Our room was not up to par. the beds were uncomfortable and the shower was hit or miss.
