We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that was a stone's throw away from the best shopping mall in town. We could easily get to Bukit Bintang Street and other areas for sightseeing. The room was well-equipped and had all the 5-star amenities we needed. The bathroom was sparkling and well-maintained, while the service was second to none. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast at The Courtyard and enjoyed a beautiful view from our room in the morning. The rooftop infinity pool was a true highlight and provided a great place to relax after a long day.

Sadly, the hotel signage was not clear enough, causing confusion when guests came to park their vehicles.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pavilion Hotel managed by Banyan Tree. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I really appreciated the personal touch of receiving a call before my arrival to confirm my preferences. It made me feel valued as a guest. The receptionist, Asril, was incredibly polite and provided clear explanations. The Courtyard Restaurant staff, Sonia and Agnes, went above and beyond to assist me and fulfill my wishes. The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. I enjoyed the diverse spread of both Western and Asian dishes, with the Chicken and Beef Rendang being my personal favorites. The room was comfortable and clean, with soft beds and pillows. The location was perfect, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and close proximity to the MRT. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
