I recently stayed at the charming Hotel Arcoiris in Tulum for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The complementary breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from, including sweet, salty, and Mexican dishes, along with coffee. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, AC, and impeccable cleanliness. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk from the ADO bus station, making transportation a breeze. The internet connection inside the room was reliable, and I had no issues staying connected during my stay.

The breakfast was good, and the pool area was nice for relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the bus station and had easy access to transportation to nearby attractions.

Despite the convenient location, there were some inconveniences that detracted from the experience. the room lacked basic amenities, like a fridge or enough seating, making it difficult to relax comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a dining table. The hotel also provided free toiletries and cookware/kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was fast and reliable, making it convenient to stay connected.

had a great rest in tulum, but Arcoiris made it even better. friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. the rooftop pool was a nice touch. highly recommend the hidden gem restaurant.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arcoiris in downtown Tulum for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is brand new with a fresh and modern feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bed linen was clean and crisp. The rooftop swimming pool was a great feature, offering a relaxing spot to cool off and enjoy the views. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved that the delicious breakfast was included with my room. The hotel is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and the ADO bus station, making it easy to explore the area.

The gym was nice, staff exceptional, spacious rooms with balcony, rooftop pool to relax, great location close to bus station and shops. Incredible fusion restaurant with fresh local ingredients and knowledgeable passionate chef Mefi. Hidden gem.
