The value for money at this hotel was great. The room was comfortable and had good AC. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Malecon and Zócalo. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast selection is to offer more variety.

It's cheap, centrally located, and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. As a group of friends, we felt safe and enjoyed the amenities like the TV and air conditioning. we had a pleasant stay and loved being able to walk to popular attractions like the Malecon and Zócalo.

The hotel has a nice pool and the room was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The location is fantastic as it is close to the port, seafront, and town, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the bus station, hospital, and dentists, which was convenient for me. The hotel also had good plugs, with plenty of them, and I enjoyed dining at their restaurant.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The room was clean and although the bed was a bit small, it was still comfortable. I appreciated the air-conditioning in the room, especially during the hot weekend. The TV even had English channels, which was a nice surprise. The hotel also had a pool, although it was a bit crowded when I went.

Some front desk staff were not very friendly. Powdered creamer instead of fresh milk in the restaurant's coffee.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel was quite run down and in need of renovations. the rooms were outdated and could use some refreshing.

The location is amazing! I could easily walk to all the major attractions in the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and available for free. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Provides towels, shampoo, and free parking. The beds are big and comfortable, and as two women travelling alone, we felt very safe. The room is spacious with a TV, air conditioning, and there is also a restaurant with a weekend breakfast buffet. The location is convenient and quiet, with the option to walk to the Veracruz port.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior of this hotel. Our room had a window that opened onto the street, providing a nice view of the castle. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was great. We also enjoyed the communal areas and the pool. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Malecon and the Zocalo.
