During my stay at Radisson, I had an issue with the WiFi in my room. I reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent someone to fix it. They were able to measure the download rate and determined that the reception was very low. Although they couldn't resolve it during my stay, they were kind enough to help me find a solution by allowing me to use the WiFi in the lobby. I'll recommend this hotel for its prompt response to guest concerns.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated in a beautiful setting right by the water, with stunning views of the ocean. You can even see colonies of pelicans, seagulls, and other birds on the rocks next to the hotel. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The breakfast could use some improvement. The buffet was not great and often ran out of food, and the service staff was not very proactive or welcoming.

The hotel's breathtaking location right on the Pacific ocean offers guests stunning views and a soothing sound of the waves. There are also restaurants along the waterfront for convenience. The rooms provide an opportunity to work while enjoying an ocean view, and the rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunset drinks.

The condition of the rooms could be improved, with outdated decor and maintenance issues.

The room at Radisson Blu Acqua Hotel & Spa was spacious, modern, and had a big comfortable bed. The spa was wonderful, with a nice indoor pool and a hot tub on the 4th floor for a relaxing experience. The hotel also provided free bikes, which was a very cool bonus for bike riders like us.

Felt completely happy, nothing to complain about.
