the location is decent, but the pool was closed, and I wasn't informed—very disappointing! also, the mini fridge was unplugged, and I had to endure the revolting smell until they replaced it. as if I wasn't already suffering, a simple gesture like a welcome drink woudl ve been nice. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The pool was closed and I was not informed!!! A couple of upgrades to furnishings and a clean mini fridge would make a big difference!!! The rooms felt a bit dated and lacked proper cleaning!!!

A Relaxing Stay with Room for Improvement

Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the stunning sea view from our deluxe suite. We appreciated the onsite dining options but felt the pool area could use some attention. Tips, try the ceviche from the restaurant and don't miss the sunset on the beach!

Relaxing on the sun terrace and taking a paddleboard out was just what I needed. Just a heads up, the rooftop pool could use a little sprucing up, but it didn’t spoil my fun at all. 🏖️

It was just a nice choice for a city holiday in Mahahual with incredible value for money. I really enjoyed the delicious ceviche from the onsite restaurant. it was a perfect midday treat after some sunbathing. Don't forget to catch the sunset on the beach when you're there!

All was wonderful

I stayed in a Deluxe Suite with a Sea View for 2 nights, and the view was breathtaking! The room was comfy and cozy after a day out. The air conditioning worked well. I loved that we had a smart TV for some evening entertainment. The only downside was a few minor wear and tear details that could use a fresh touch. But honestly, the vibes and location made up for it!

The staff, the beach location, the kayaking, the nearby restaurants – a total gem!

Location was perfect, right on the beach! I loved having quick access to kayaking and paddleboarding. The local shops and restaurants added charm and variety. Clean room with good air conditioning was a plus!
