We stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it had complementary eggnog and cookies, which was a nice touch. the hotel is in a great location, right by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. the view from the pool was also amazing!

Our experience was overshadowed by the unhelpful staff. They seemed uninterested in serving us and were even rude when asking us to move from our beach chair.

Conveniently located along the beach with plenty of nearby dining options. Ceviche at the on-site restaurant is a must-try. Spacious, family-friendly apartment with stunning views. Beach service staff make you feel welcome. Despite a slightly dirty pool, the beach offers a wonderful alternative. Many shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

During my recent stay at Hotel Blue Reef, I had the pleasure of experiencing the most amazing view from the pool. It overlooked the beautiful ocean and provided a breathtaking backdrop for relaxation. The location was perfect, with many nearby breakfast places to choose from. The room, although not luxurious, was clean, spacious enough for our group of four adults, and had a nice balcony space with a nice view. The bed was comfortable and the minimalist interior added a functional touch.

There was a minor issue with the lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff. We requested an additional chair for our balcony, but it never arrived.

The hotel's location right on the beach is a major advantage, offering stunning views and easy access to the ocean. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having numerous restaurants nearby, and the restaurant in the hotel itself serves delicious ceviche for breakfast and lunch. The terrace and pool area are also appealing, providing a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

The reception closes early, causing inconvenience for guests who arrive late or need assistance.

We loved that the hotel had a terrace where we could enjoy the stunning sunset over the jungle. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the best we've had during our travels in Mexico. The balcony had a great view of the ocean right from the bed. The staff were friendly and the bar staff was especially welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located near dive shops and quiet bars, making it a great spot for friends who enjoy going out at night. a fantastic experience.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The rooms were basic but had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and delicious. One detail that stood out was the incredible sunset over the jungle that could be enjoyed from the hotel terrace. Another pleasant surprise was the super comfy bed, the best I've experienced during my travels in Mexico.
