Stayed at a great hotel in Cancun, Hotel Bonampak. the rates were amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful. the rooms were clean and the pool was beautiful. the location was perfect for visiting downtown and the airport. found some authentic restaurants nearby. Great value for a short stay in Cancun.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. It's relatively close to the ADO bus terminal, allowing for convenient transportation. it's located near an avenue for bus R1, making it easy to reach the airport and explore the night market area. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

I got great value for my money at Bonampak - big rooms, comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom with hot water. The location was convenient with good restaurants nearby, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could be improved with more options.

Clean room, newly decorated. Spotless pool and common area. Friendly staff, always ready to assist. Free coffee and snacks. Convenient location near shopping centre with cheap taxis available.

It was clean, with friendly staff and all the amenities I needed. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and swimming pool. the nearby restaurants and shopping mall were convenient. I initially planned to stay for one night but ended up extending my stay to six nights. I was very satisfied with my experience at Bonampak.

Felt cozy, no complaints

Happy New Year, everyone! I just came back from my holiday trip and had an amazing experience. the hotel was a great choice with incredible complementary coffee and basic snack. the location was very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was not up to par and could use some major improvements. the lack of a room service option and the expensive taxi drivers waiting outside of the hotel was unfortunate.

I stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and all the bars. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day. The hotel had a pool and other facilities that added to the overall enjoyable experience.

There was a slight inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection that could have been better.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was close to Plaza las Americas, where there were plenty of affordable places to eat. Secondly, the staff at the front desk were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would need for a pleasant stay. The large bed was especially comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

my recent stay at a hotel in cancun was great, but my stay at bonampak was even better. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its newly decorated rooms, spotless pool area, and friendly staff. it was also conveniently located near a mall and had a restaurant nearby that served delicious meals.
