I came for dental work and this place was conveniently located right across from my dental office. The place is budget-friendly and very clean, which I appreciated during my two-night stay. The nearby shopping options were a nice bonus, and I felt safe the entire time.

i stayed for 3 nights during my recent holiday in cancun, and bonampak exceeded my expectations. everything was super clean, and the service was great, much better than previous stays. the value for the price was impressive, making our family feel welcomed and comfortable.

the air conditioner quality was poor.

also, the pool was too shallow, which was really disappointing, especially since I expected a luxury experience. After all that, I received no upgrade or complimentary gift. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. Highly frustrating!

I felt like a king in that bed, and man, the shower pressure? Unbelievable! Staff were on-point, we even had someone show up almost instantly when we needed extra towels.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know, you get what you pay for.
