The ocean suite room was fabulous, with a mini-apartment setup and a stunning sea view. the staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, offering food parcels for a loved one in the hospital and checking in on their well-being. the level of care and support received from the staff was exceptional.

There were limited options for food, especially in terms of the buffet. the shower area in the room was poorly designed, with no glass door separating it from the rest of the bathroom, causing water to splash all over the floor.

The hotel had a perfect location just on the beach, which was empty and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always checking on my well-being and offering assistance. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh juices and pastries. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation services, making it easy to explore the nearby city and visit the local seafood restaurant.

This place exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. The rooms were incredibly spacious and even included a little kitchenette. I loved that they provided actual coffee in the room, not just the typical instant coffee powder. The daily refill of fresh fruit was a nice touch, and the beach area was clean and serene. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy both sweet and savory cravings. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, from their willingness to assist with crossing the road to their friendly and helpful demeanor. The complementary foot massages and yoga classes were the perfect way to unwind and start the day on a positive note. I also appreciated the on-site gym and the option for a relaxing swim in the pool or at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always responding quickly to our requests. They even upgraded our room for free, showing their dedication to providing exceptional service. The view of the water from our room was breath-taking, and the room itself was very impressive. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and trying the phở cocktail at the rooftop bar. Despite not being in the heart of the city, the hotel's location was quiet and taxis were always available. This venue offered a perfect escape from the bustling city.

The only drawback we found was the limited vegetarian food options near the hotel. However, there were excellent vegetarian restaurants a short taxi ride away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially the manager Mr. Cong who was always there to greet us and accommodate our needs. The hotel provided a shuttle service to popular tourist destinations like Hoi An and Ba Na Hills at a better rate than what we found online. The schedule of the shuttle buses was also very convenient, giving us enough time to explore these places. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options that changed daily. The pool drinks were also great, and there were many activities to do on the beach. The location of the hotel, right opposite a gorgeous beach, was a major plus. There were also good seafood restaurants within walking distance.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in Da Nang. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. the hotel's location was ideal, being near the beach and offering stunning views. the swimming pool, which was just across the street from the beach, was a great place to relax.

There was some construction nearby, but this is to be expected in the up and coming area. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could have had more choices for western visitors.

The Penthouse at this hotel was simply amazing! We stayed there during Christmas and it was a perfect choice. the apartment was beautifully arranged and had great views. We loved the full fledged living room and kitchen, which made it tempting to stay in and order room service. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the high quality bedding ensured a good night's sleep. the staff was also very friendly and attentive. Plus, the pool and beach were just a few steps away, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday getaway.

One downside was the lack of nearby grocery stores or cafes accessible by foot. We always had to use Grab to go to other places.
