the hotel is new and all the amenities are in perfect condition. the attention to detail is impressive, from the well-thought-out design to the beautiful handcrafted wood throughout the property. the setting is like a jungle oasis, with lush plants everywhere. the owner, Raffaele, and the receptionist, Federico, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations. They even recommended two amazing restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed. the highlight of our stay was the tour to Sian Ka'an, which was absolutely amazing. Despite my partner falling ill, the owner took care of him like a friend and made sure we still had a great time. boutique terranova was absolutely amazing! the design was unique and the attention to detail was incredible. the spacious and clean rooms, along with the silent A/C and comfortable mattress, made for a perfect night's sleep. the location was great, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. the staff was the best I've ever encountered, so helpful and full of tips. the pool was gorgeous, with a natural shape and even a jacuzzi. overall, a 10/10 boutique hotel experience with incredible value for the price.

Difficult to find, roads poorly marked.

boutique terranova has done it again, exceeding my expectations during our group visit to tulum. the design and handcraft woodwork were even more impressive than before. the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. the staff were welcoming and provided excellent tips for exploring the surroundings. a truly enjoyable stay!

One small hiccup, something was off with the mosquito situation. don't forget your repellent and you'll be fine!

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The design of the whole place was absolutely stunning. The combination of wood, stone, and greenery created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the rooms were perfectly sized, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. We loved having a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The location was great too, being just a short distance away from the city center. And the best part was the owner, who took such good care of us. He was always available and willing to help with anything we needed. Truly made us feel at home.
