Difficult to find, roads poorly marked.

boutique terranova has done it again, exceeding my expectations during our group visit to tulum. the design and handcraft woodwork were even more impressive than before. the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. the staff were welcoming and provided excellent tips for exploring the surroundings. a truly enjoyable stay!

One small hiccup, something was off with the mosquito situation. don't forget your repellent and you'll be fine!

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The design of the whole place was absolutely stunning. The combination of wood, stone, and greenery created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the rooms were perfectly sized, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. We loved having a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The location was great too, being just a short distance away from the city center. And the best part was the owner, who took such good care of us. He was always available and willing to help with anything we needed. Truly made us feel at home.

The staff, including Rafa and Gabriel, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent advice on activities and dining options in the area. The hotel's bar was also a highlight, with delicious cocktails prepared by the friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Boutique Terranova and would highly recommend it.
