Our stay at Buenavista By Nah Hotels was absolutely delightful. The setting was so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved the cozy fires that were lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

One specific situation that stood out was the delicious breakfast we had on our balcony. Although there wasn't enough space at the breakfast table, the staff accommodated us by allowing us to enjoy our meal on our own private space.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hidden gem in a secluded jungle oasis. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by lush palm trees and just a short distance from the stunning lagoon. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with exquisite wooden finishings. The bathroom was pristine and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The breakfast, although not the best I've had, was still enjoyable and sufficient. The hotel offers free bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks at their beach club, making it easy to explore the nearby lake and enjoy the water activities.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue as some of the staff did not speak English.

Celebrating the New Year was an extraordinary experience! We loved waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast, especially the fresh fruit on offer. the location was perfect - right in the heart of nature with plenty of opportunity for adventure. We were thrilled to discover that the hotel offered free bike rentals and water activities, such as kayaking and paddleboarding. Plus, the hammocks in every room were perfect for ultimate relaxation.

The mosquitos were quite bothersome, so make sure to bring bug spray! while the hotel was secluded, it was a bit of a letdown that there wasn't much to do in the immediate area.

I had a great value for my money at Buenavista Bacalar - Yoga & Meditation Included. The room was comfortable with a balcony and hammock, perfect for relaxing. The location was amazing, surrounded by jungle and close to a quiet lagoon. The staff were exceptional, always accommodating and helpful on every request.

As for breakfast choices, it can be improved by offering a wider variety of options.
