Spent my Easter vacation at a hotel that had a beautiful breakfast selection and was located close to the town center. the rooms were decorated nicely, and the hotel was always clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a plus during a busy holiday like Easter.

Walls were way too thin and my neighbors wouldn't stop playing music and screaming late at night. the bed was not properly cleaned and the room had a bad smell.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Hormiga in Bacalar. The aesthetic of the hotel is incredible, with its cool eco style property. The room was beautiful and quiet, and I especially loved swinging on the hammock outside. The common areas and pools were also nice. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a great continental spread.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from the street in the room and thin walls, these were not major issues that affected my overall enjoyment of the stay.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The Moroccan style architecture is beautiful and unique. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the lagoon, town, and restaurants. As backpackers, we loved that they offered yoga classes every morning. The food served is of high quality and healthy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided free bicycles for us to explore the city. They also arranged an incredible tour of the lagoons with an amazing guide. everything about this hotel is amazing and it exceeded our expectations.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that offers exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. the service is impeccable, and the staff is always ready to help. the full body massage and head massage were divine, and the Spa lounge is an ideal place to relax. the garden area is charming, and the sun terrace offers breathtaking views. the in-room breakfast is top-notch, and the food at the restaurant is great.

The only minor issue was the noise from the street that could be heard in the rooms. the hotel acknowledges this issue and offers earplugs in every room to ensure a peaceful sleep.
