The lift was convenient for carrying suitcases. The location was great with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby. The room was decent in size. The staff were polite and provided free wifi.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room at The Bank Hotel. It was much larger than I expected, with a separate area for the kids to sleep. The added bonus of a coffee machine and dining table made our stay even more comfortable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the neighborhood. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location is perfect for exploring the charming streets of the area, and some rooms even have a terrace or large balcony with a view over the rooftops of the city. The breakfast includes amazingly real sausages.

It would have been nice to have more toiletries provided, such as hand moisturizer and hand soap for the sink.
