We got incredible value for our money at this beautiful boutique hotel. The room was huge, clean, and really comfortable. The location was perfect - quiet but close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only tiny thing that could have made breakfast even better was if there were more options for hot items.

The location of this place is excellent, right at the end of the Paseo. It is centrally located in an old downtown area, with some great free events on the weekend. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a terrace. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace where I could relax and unwind. The free Wi-Fi worked well, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Merida, just a short walk from the central plaza. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with quiet AC and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are large and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing bottled water in the room every day. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing, and the pool is perfect for a cooling dip in the afternoon.

The breakfast could be more generous, but you can order more and just pay the extra cost.

Two extremely good things about our new year stay at this hotel were the excellent location and the friendly staff. the hotel is situated in a prime spot, close to all the main attractions and activities. It was convenient to explore the city from here. the staff members were really nice and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the beautiful interior patio, filled with plants and a small fountain. It added a lovely touch to the ambiance of the hotel.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of hot water in the tub. It was quite disappointing as we were looking forward to soaking in a nice, hot bath.

They even anticipated my needs, like when my husband needed medicine, they brought it to our room along with soda crackers and kind words. The room amenities were top-notch, with soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. I also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, which provided a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The only downside I can think of is that the staff serving breakfast seemed unfriendly. However, despite this small issue, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The decoration was really beautiful and unique, and the rooms were quite clean too. the location was really convenient especially for those who enjoy walking around a lot. the fact that there were shopping and dining options nearby was quite a plus, and the free public entertainment was also a great advantage.

Our experience was a bit ruined by the mosquitoes that were present in the courtyard and open spaces. We kept getting bitten every time we lingered outside, and it was really bothersome.
