The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the bustling walking street. Our room was comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of being larger than some of the other rooms. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early when we arrived at 7am. The courtyard and common areas were beautifully maintained, adding to the overall atmosphere of the place. Additionally, there were no issues with noise during our stay, despite the presence of tour groups.

The hotel had a charming ambiance with beautiful courtyards and artwork throughout. the staff were warm, efficient, and very courteous. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main pedestrian street and a short walk to the city center. the restaurant across the street served delicious food, especially the fresh soups and desserts.

The room we stayed in was a bit dark as it was on the ground floor. Additionally, there were some noise disturbances early in the morning, possibly caused by other guests leaving early for tours.

This place has an excellent location, just minutes away from the main square. The beautifully kept gardens and classic Spanish colonial atmosphere make you feel like you've stepped back in time to Old Mexico. The staff were incredibly helpful with tours and advice, and the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water per day and the nice toiletries provided.
