The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to various shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and very clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with taxis or any other needs. In addition, the breakfast included in the package was a nice touch, with a basic continental option and the ability to order additional items for an extra cost.

Some rooms in this hotel do not have windows, and we had to ask for a room change. Also, the building appears larger in the photos than it actually is, and the price was a bit steep for what was offered. Finally, the WiFi did not work in our room on the third floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

The lack of an elevator and having to climb four flights of stairs with luggage was a major inconvenience.
