The yoga instructors were amazing and the classes were challenging yet relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and the juice of the day was delicious. The location, nestled in a rainforest and right on the beach, provided stunning views and a soothing sound of crashing waves.

Some other activities like surfing and massage were overpriced and poorly managed. It is recommended to find local instructors or therapists on the nearby beach instead.

Being on an island that can only be reached by boat added to the sense of adventure.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms were very basic and lacked cleanliness. the beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets were low-quality.
