Great location near the airport and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. the facilities were well-suited for a city break and I was pleased with the gym and pool areas. the housekeeping staff was friendly and did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms.

The internet was unusable during my entire stay and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. the menu in the hotel's restaurant was very limited and they were often out of items.

The friendly staff, especially Carmen at the reception, provided great recommendations for exploring Silao and Guanajuato. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
