The hotel is conveniently situated in the city center, close to the central bus station and airport. The rooms are comfortable, with hot water in the shower, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, there are plenty of small food places and stores nearby. The hotel also offers the advantage of secure bag storage for sightseeing purposes.

The hotel is located in the worst area, with unhelpful people and terrible taxi service.

The highlight of my stay at Hotel Emperador Centro was the thoughtful gesture of providing slippers in the room. It made me feel instantly comfortable and at home. The bathroom was fantastic, with its clean and bright design, powerful shower pressure, and soft yet bright mirror lighting. The room also had good WiFi and the AC was efficient. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing public transportation and there were easy food options nearby.

Although the overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The front desk seemed to have a mix-up with the reservations and there was a fee for cleaning that was unexpected.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary snacks and holiday decorations that added a festive touch to my room. the hotel's convenient location near local eateries and shops allowed me to easily explore the area and immerse myself in the local culture. the friendly staff were always available to offer helpful recommendations for things to see and do.

The lack of adequate lighting in the bathroom made it hard to get ready in the morning, and I found myself struggling to apply makeup in the dim lighting. while my stay had its ups and downs, I would recommend this hotel to budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient home base for exploring the city.
