I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in the heart of the city for a week-long trip. The staff was incredibly helpful, from organizing taxis to providing great dining recommendations. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch and the free wifi worked well throughout the hotel. The well-equipped kitchen facilities in the apartments made it perfect for an extended stay. Additionally, the associated restaurant and supermarket offered free delivery of food and supplies.

The location of the hotel is superb, with its close proximity to restaurants, ALHAMRA, El-Hamra street, and a nice beach. The rooms are fresh, modern, and well-cleaned every day. The staff provides exceptional service, making guests feel truly welcome. The facilities, including the gym, pool/terrace area, and laundry room, are wonderful additions to the stay. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located, allowing easy access to the main shopping area and marina.

Noise from the streets and ongoing construction works around the hotel can be quite disturbing at times.

The pool on the rooftop was a great feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The width of the rooms was impressive, providing ample space for comfort. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and facilities.

One downside was the shower phone that wouldn't stay in place, despite our request for it to be fixed. We had to hold it while showering throughout the entire week, which was inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. The space and facilities in the room, from the well-equipped kitchen cabinets to the bathroom towels and scale, were top-notch. The rooftop swimming pool offered a great view of the city. The hotel's location in the center of everything made it very convenient, with close proximity to restaurants and Hamra street. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Ms. Nour at reception and Mr. Guy, the friendly waiter, were always available to assist. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the wifi signal was strong.

As a solo traveler, I truly enjoyed the warm and welcoming team at Staybridge Suites. The staff were professional, smiling, and always ready to assist. The suites were spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchenettes. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ghali, the Front Office Manager, and Miss Yasmine at the reception for their outstanding hospitality. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooftop pool with a breathtaking view of the city and the sea was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!
