For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room at Hotel Gala. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff treated us well and were very helpful during our stay.

My recent stay at Hotel Gala was fantastic. I was in town for sightseeing and stayed for three nights. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even when our reservation was cancelled upon arrival. They quickly found us a similar nearby property and made sure we were well taken care of. The location of the hotel is ideal, being centrally located but not noisy. I loved the charming building and the comfortable room, complete with a great bed and shower. The wifi worked well, and the breakfast on the rooftop with its stunning view was a refreshing start to each day.

We enjoyed the nice and friendly staff who were always willing to help us. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance from the main square and other key attractions. One of the best aspects was the breakfast on the rooftop, which had a great view and was very refreshing, and we also appreciated the complimentary fruits in the room.

We stayed at a hotel just a few steps away from the Zocalo, and the location was perfect. the staff at Gala were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. Although breakfast wasn't included, we didn't mind paying for it, especially since it was served on the rooftop with a breathtaking view. We really enjoyed our short time at the hotel before continuing our journey to another state. the interior of the hotel was nice, and being so close to the city center was a major plus. We felt safe walking around and exploring the main areas without the need for a car. Plus, there was a great taco place right across from the hotel.
