We also loved the fact that there were plenty of activities to enjoy, such as playing pool and indulging in delicious food. the customer service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff members like Guillermo and Ana, who made our stay even more memorable.

There wasn't much to dislike about our experience at this hotel. However, we did feel that the pool area could benefit from having some umbrellas, as it could get quite hot during the midday.

The food at the restaurant was excellent with non-stop service. Additionally, the staff were always available and incredibly nice, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
