This hotel is a luxury paradise with beautiful design and exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas, offering comfort and relaxation. the spa centre has a wide range of treatments and packages for an exquisite experience. the room advantages are magnificent with in-room breakfast, private facilities, and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

The only minor issue is the lack of vegetarian meals at some of the restaurants, which can be inconvenient for some guests. this hotel meets all expectations, offering an exceptional experience.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two complementary activities, a snorkeling expedition, and a sailing tour. the hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from great shops and restaurants. the spa was also a highlight, with fantastic treatments and a relaxing atmosphere.

The beach was small and not suitable for swimming, and the shore wasn't clean. we felt that the level of service was below average, and tipping was necessary to receive good treatment from staff.

The resort's location was amazing, right on the beach with beautiful views. the all-inclusive option was a major plus, allowing us to enjoy delicious food and drink without any extra cost. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the kids club was a fantastic amenity, keeping the little ones entertained throughout our Easter break.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as we noticed stained bed sheets and a lack of attention to detail in the housekeeping.

I particularly enjoyed the daily selection of meat and fish. The 24/7 room service was a lifesaver for my picky eater, with French fries, pasta, and sausages readily available. The beautiful design and luxurious amenities of the property exceeded my expectations. The spacious room was comfortable, and the WiFi connection was excellent. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
