We had a fantastic time at Hilton Cancun! The staff were genuinely amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Susie, the yoga instructor, stood out with her kind demeanor and positive energy, making our morning sessions an absolute delight. Our oceanfront room offered stunning views, allowing us to wake up to the sound of waves each day. The food options were diverse, and we were satisfied with the quality throughout our stay.

The oceanfront views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking, making every morning a delightful experience!

There was an excessive wait to be seated for breakfast, which was particularly challenging for our large family group wanting to sit together.

Constant noise made it hard to relax.

Y'all, the staff here were real gems! Rocio by the adult pool was just wonderful, always checkin’ on us. Just wish there was a bit more beach to enjoy, but bless your heart, that infinity pool was mighty fine! Don’t get me started on that mango smoothie at breakfast, it was to die for!

Had a great time just chillin' by the pool. The staff were fantastic! they helped us with some dining reservations which were tricky to secure. The food at the breakfast buffet had every dish I craved and the Mexican restaurant Maxal really knocked our socks off with some surprising flavors!

Wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still worth it overall.

The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and multiple bars offered a fantastic selection of drinks. Mini bar replenishments were a pleasant surprise.

Dining reservations were challenging to secure, and the remote location limited exploration options. The kids' club failed to impress with its limited activities.

Our stay was great with beautiful oceanfront views and 24-hour room service, but the seating by the pool was tough to find. Would I come back? Maybe!

the hilton offers a perfect mix of seclusion and proximity to the city, just a short drive away. the two-bedroom family suite was spacious and great for us. the meals were fantastic, and we loved the bespoke spa services that made our stay special.

The Mexican restaurant was a tasty treat, and the activities around the resort kept us entertained. Loved the secluded vibe—it was like our little paradise getaway. Those oceanfront views? Absolutely divine!

But the ocean looked more like a muddy puddle, darling! And the food? Let’s just say my stomach was auditioning for a horror film!

Just a prime choice for a weekend jaunt in Puerto Morelos with excellent value for money. Really enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service to get around the area without hassle. Try to book dining reservations as soon as you can to avoid wait times.
