I had a wonderful stay at Kin Ha Hotel for three nights. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us find information on renting a scooter. The owners were incredibly friendly and the hotel had a unique charm. It felt like a little oasis in the heat of the city. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area where I could take in the sights of the town and spot various beautiful birds. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

Great WiFi and close to bus station and colectivo stops. Lovely garden and terrace for lounging. Tasty breakfast and bikes available for exploring nearby areas.

As a business traveler, I was impressed with the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a 3-minute walk to bars, restaurants, and the main area of Tulum. Additionally, the hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, with no buffet but a delicious selection of fresh food. I loved the beautiful design of the hotel and the relaxing rooftop area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered bike rental, which was perfect for getting to the beach and ruins. Lastly, I appreciated the fact that there were power sockets and night lamps on both sides of the bed.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the rooftop area, it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they even provided a gluten-free breakfast option for me. I had a wonderful experience at Kin Ha and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Decent location close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. Really nice and helpful staff who were friendly during our stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained

The suite we booked was not what we expected, as it did not include a living space as advertised. We experienced multiple maintenance issues during our stay, including a blocked toilet and a shower drain that caused flooding in the room.

I had such a pleasant stay at Kin Ha. The staff were really nice and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was great, just a short walk to the center. I especially enjoyed the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great New Year's stay in Tulum! the hotel we chose was in a fantastic location, close to the main street with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the hot water in the morning was a treat! We also loved the beautiful courtyard and the lush greenery that created a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.

There were a few downsides to our stay. One issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

The hotel is located in central downtown, close to everything you need. It is in a nice little garden which looks like a green oasis on the gray street. The rooms are super clean and very cute, with a shower with good water pressure. The staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast in the courtyard is very nice.

Some rooms lack proper ventilation.

There were several disappointing aspects of my stay. the wifi was virtually non-existent in my room and only worked intermittently in the inside garden.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy and the garden in front was adorable. The location was perfect, with bars and restaurants just around the corner. The staff was super helpful and even let me use their printer to print out my bus tickets.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options.
