The hotel had a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was super friendly and the cleaning staff kept the room spotless. As adventure travelers, we appreciated the proximity to various outdoor activities.

We had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in Isla Mujeres. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent AC and daily cleaning. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach and close to the main street with bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. We couldn't recommend the Boutique Kinich enough for a comfortable and convenient stay in Isla Mujeres.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is great because it is a 10-minute walk to the ferry dock and to the action of Hidalgo Street. The beach is perfect, just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very sweet and kind, and the service was excellent. The room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The free wi-fi was a bonus. we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to families.

I recently stayed at Boutique Kinich for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The room I stayed in was enormous and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. The hotel's location was also a huge bonus, just a short walk away from everything, including the best beach in the area. And to top it off, the price was unbelievably affordable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!

The staff at the reception were very helpful and spoke English and Spanish fluently, ensuring round-the-clock assistance. The hotel featured 19 beach bars, a terrace, and a coffee shop/cafe, providing a great variety of amenities. The location of the hotel was ideal, with close proximity to Dolphin Discovery, Costa Occidental de Isla Mujeres National Park, and shopping malls like Cancun Mall and La Isla Shopping Mall. The rooms were well-equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a balcony, and a private bathroom. The hotel offered scuba diving and snorkeling activities, allowing guests to explore the beautiful surrounding waters.

The breakfast provided consisted of only white old bread and some brown bananas, which were not sufficient for all guests.

Two complimentary facts offered, key location facts, and one more advantage that we enjoyed. The hotel location was perfect, just minutes away from the main street and the beach. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a rooftop with chairs where we could enjoy the sunset with a cold drink in our hands. The staff was friendly and the room had everything we needed, including a fridge and a microwave.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities. There was no breakfast provided and the walls were thin so we could hear everything that went on in the hallway.
