The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure all my needs were satisfied. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness area and spa. The swimming pool was a standout feature, with its 12m length allowing for a great swim. The location was perfect, both for business and tourism or sport activities. I also appreciated the spacious rooms and delicious buffet breakfast.

During our recent stay at a charming hotel in Bielawa, we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely spa section. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and easy to access. The overall experience was positive and enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a mini fridge in the room and the absence of curtains on the window, these did not greatly affect our overall experience. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is continuously being improved, with recent upgrades to the swimming pool.

My business trip was a breeze thanks to the hotel's amenities. the gym and pool were a great way to start my day before heading out for meetings. the included breakfast was a definite plus, with a variety of options to choose from. Location-wise, it was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and popular local restaurants.

While the hotel had some great features, there were a few drawbacks. the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations.
