During my Christmas stay, there were two standout aspects of the hotel that I particularly enjoyed. the breakfast service was excellent, with attentive staff who provided great service. Secondly, the location of the hotel was key for me, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel had a supermarket just across the road, making it easy to grab any necessities or snacks during my stay.

One aspect that I disliked during my stay was the lack of knowledge from the staff regarding transportation services available near the hotel. It would have been helpful if they were more aware of alternative options like KOLORS or URBAN, which provide direct services to Mexico City.
