Pet friendly hotel with gated parking, restaurant, bar, and pool. Spacious, albeit slightly worn-down room with a table and desk. Hot water and surprisingly comfortable beds. Fair price. Would consider staying again.

Conveniently located across the street from a bus stop to El Fuerte, making transportation easy for our trip to Copper Canyon. The hotel offers a good restaurant with vegan options, open for extended hours. The lobby computer with internet access was a convenient advantage. Buses into downtown run directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Location is near public transportation and the area is relatively quiet. The room size was adequate. Hot water in the shower was good.

The New Year's Eve party was quite loud even though I was on a higher floor. The music and fireworks went on for several hours making it impossible to sleep.
