Omg, the rooms at this hotel 🤩 are to die for! the full-size jacuzzi in the marble bathrooms is the best after a day on the slopes. the staff is super duper friendly and helpful, giving the luxury treatment. Only bummer, the breakfast time ends too early! .

The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, going ABOVE AND BEYOND in every aspect. the French cuisine was top, notch, the room was upgraded to a deluxe one with a jaw, dropping spa bath, and the free shuttle service to the slopes made our stay super convenient. the ski rental shop nearby was a game, changer, providing hassle, free gear service. a mind, blowing experience in a dream, like setting with amazing service and amenities.

The hotel was like a cozy elegant little haven, where the staff were absolute gems, always ready to assist in their sweet Japanese way. We were pampered from morning to night, with our gear magically ready by the door for skiing and our shoes waiting for us upon our return. the room had a cool vibe and a fantastic jacuzzi with a view of snow-covered trees, making our stay truly unforgettable. 🏔️ Although the buffet breakfast was a bit average, the option for a cooked breakfast saved the day!

The shower in my room sprayed water everywhere, but it didn't dampen my overall experience.

During our stay at Hotel La Neige Higashi-Kan, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the exceptional service provided by the staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome and offered tea upon arrival, instantly making us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we were delighted to find a huge, comfy bed awaiting us.

The free shuttle to the slopes was clutch, and the staff were super chill and helpful. the room vibes were on point, and the jacuzzi view was straight fire. a dope experience!

One thing we would've loved is more lively evening entertainment for us young party animals.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Hakuba. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes. The common area was cozy and had a beautiful fireplace. The in-house grill restaurant served delicious meals. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large spa bath that offered stunning views of the snow-covered surroundings. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to assist. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. it was an incredible experience.

I did notice that the stair handrail leading up to the room was a bit loose in places.

This hotel is a true indulgence for a ski holiday.

The only negative aspect was the occasional noisy children in the leisure room, which could disturb the calm ambiance. this issue was caused solely by the behavior of some guests and not the hotel staff's fault.
