The rooms were spacious and private, with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Additionally, the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was a convenient perk for staying connected during our trip.

We experienced some inconveniences during our stay. The toilet in our room didn't work properly, and despite requesting a repair or room change, the issue was not fully resolved.

Hotel Los Arcos Taxco de Alarcon is located in the very historical center which was a great bonus. It is easily accessible through the "broader" streets. The restaurant offers delicious food at good prices, and the staff is very accommodating, even providing late check-out options. The rooms have comfy beds and there is a quiet central patio, providing a peaceful ambiance away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

The shower power in the rooms is occasionally weak.

We got excellent value for our money at Los Arcos. The room was beautifully decorated and the hotel had a charming seventeenth-century atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to the main square and with great views from the rooftop terrace. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even made us cocktails on the terrace.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having more variety in the options available.
