The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it is just in front of a lively night club which made our evenings enjoyable. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities exceeded our expectations, with air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities provided. Additionally, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch.

The sound isolation is poor, and you can hear noises from the nearby nightclub.

my recent stay at kavia in cancun was a pleasant surprise. on a budget, i wasn't expecting much, but the spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. the location was convenient, close to the ADO bus station and a delicious taco place. the early check-in and quiet room made my stay even better.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the amazing wifi at this hotel! It was the best I've experienced in Mexico. The staff was also very helpful and went out of their way to assist me, like printing documents for me. The shower was fantastic, and the balcony was a great spot to people watch and dry my clothes. The check-in process was stress-free, and the hotel was clean, spacious, and smelled good. The rooms were soundproof with fast wifi, rain showers, and a nice TV with Netflix. The location is convenient, with proximity to restaurants and bars, and it's only 15 minutes from the airport. this hotel is very nice and exceeded my expectations, especially considering the reasonable price.
