The location of the hotel was very close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The cafe nearby was a great spot for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. The rooms were clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom that had plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. Some facilities, like the rooftop terrace, provided a nice view of the surroundings.

One negative aspect was that there was only one waiter on the rooftop during busy mornings, which caused some delays in service.

I was initially hesitant about the size of the room, but was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-appointed space. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the morning. The staff, especially Salvador Ramirez, was friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We escaped for a romantic getaway and enjoyed two complimentary cocktails upon arrival. the central location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved being able to walk to all of our destinations.

The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with great food and service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Salvador Ramirez who helped resolve an issue with the bar cart fee. a clean, modern hotel with polite and friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the services and amenities were well above our expectations. the staff was attentive and hospitable, making our experience truly luxurious. the spa and wellness centre offered an array of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the sun terrace was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the restaurant served delicious meals that were expertly crafted with a variety of flavorful ingredients. the exclusive private facilities, such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi, provided a wonderful respite to relax and recharge.

Our only minor complaint was that the leisure/TV room was quite small, with limited seating options. this did not detract from the overall luxury experience.
