The rooftop pool was my favorite spot, offering breathtaking views of San Miguel de Allende as I relaxed in the cool water. The bedding felt luxurious, making for some restful nights after exploring.

However, my room felt cramped, especially for someone traveling with bags. I missed having self-service coffee in the morning — it would have been a lovely touch. Be wary of laundry charges too. they caught me off guard!

Had the best time! The location is mint, just two blocks from the main area. Staff were super friendly and the brekkie every morning was a vibe! The room was nice and clean. Chilled by the pool a bit too—lekker!

Only thing is the parking’s a bit of a mission if you've got wheels, but they’ve got valet, so not too bad.

The room itself was cramped, barely accommodating a couple with luggage, and I felt like I was playing Tetris just to move around. Breakfast options were limited and inconsistent, requiring extra payment for basic things like fillings in my omelet, which didn't sit right. Even worse, I had issues with the hot water during my entire stay—after running the tap for over twenty minutes, it just never got warm.

Man, the staff were so friendly! Chilled with a lekker breakfast every morning, loved the chilaquiles! Plus, the rooftop view had me feeling on top of the world—such a good spot to kuier with friends. Super clean rooms too.

One small thing, though, parking was a bit of a mission, but they sorted out valet, so not too bad.

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfy, with air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the hot tub and sauna in the spa. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff provided fresh towels and water daily. The location was also great for exploring the city!

However, the staff's inconsistencies added some frustration. a forced early check-out left me feeling undervalued, especially when faced with the full charge despite the situation. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, yet the service could improve significantly. The access to refreshing cool water after a hot day was definitely a highlight.

One downside was the rooftop bar was closed during our stay, which was a bummer since we wanted to enjoy the view and hang out there. Would've been nice to have that option.

staying just a short walk from the stunning Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel and the beautiful Allende Garden made my weekend strolls even more delightful, as I could easily immerse myself in the heart of the city's charm and vibrant culture each day.
