I absolutely loved staying here! The hotel is located in a very nice and expensive area, which made me feel fancy and spoiled during my stay. The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around much easier. The room was wonderful, with great amenities like an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the parquet floor was a nice touch. I also enjoyed visiting the public bath and leisure garden area, which were both very relaxing.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family.

This hotel is amazing! The room had a fantastic view of the river, perfect for people who love beautiful scenery. The room was spacious, with plenty of cupboard space and seating. The sliding doors provided extra privacy. The bed was comfy, although the pillows were a bit hard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to the main area was convenient. The location was safe and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The spa on the top floor was relaxing. a comfortable and luxurious stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is rather central, making it very convenient for us to visit our customers nearby. The hotel is very clean, and our room had a good city view. The staff here were friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived with way too much luggage to handle. They even recommended a really good ramen shop that was just a 5-minute walk across the river. We also appreciated the free transfer to the station, which made getting around the city much easier.

The hotel & staff were amazing! the room felt like home - spacious & very comfortable. the staff were very attentive & helpful. the location seemed far at first, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I explored the surrounding buildings and found some excellent cafes & local stores that were hidden gems! - the views of the garden and river were stunning. - Highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay!

Slightly far from the train station, and there were no shops or restaurants near the hotel. But the overall experience made up for it.

Clean modern accommodations, with sizeable rooms featuring large flat screen TVs, separate toilet and shower/wash basin for convenience, as well as free shuttle transport from a nearby station. Impressive attention to detail and generosity in the amenities provided like slippers, pajamas, toiletries, and even bottled water, appreciated a lot. Excellent hospitality and service by accommodating staff, happy to help provide maps, directions, and recommendations for local eateries. Enjoyed the location being in a newer business district with proximity to museum and convention center and easy transport access.

There is a lovely restaurant on-site, serving authentic local fare, and guests can enjoy the onsen or take advantage of the hotel's shuttle service to nearby areas.

One minor issue was that coffee wasn't provided in the room and had to be purchased through breakfast service.
