We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel, just a short walk from the vibrant kiosk square and marimba museum. The room was spacious and the comfortable bed, along with the much-needed A/C, ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided a nice selection of fruit, yogurt, coffee, and sincronizadas. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable amenities.

This hotel offers a prime location, just a few blocks away from the kiosk square and marimba museum. It is close to everything you would need for a night in Tuxtla. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with amenities like rainfall showers and good mattresses. The continental breakfast includes a variety of options like cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, and toast.

The staff could improve their language skills, as some guests mentioned the lack of English-speaking staff and difficulty in finding basic information like the bus station.

The location of this hotel was convenient, being close to some main streets and attractions. the breakfast had some decent options and it was good to have a continental breakfast included. the staff was friendly and responsive when assistance was needed.

The room itself was a disappointment. the curtains weren't big enough to block out the sunlight, which made it difficult to sleep past sunrise.

Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find the vibrant kiosk square and the fascinating marimba museum. It truly puts you right in the heart of the city!
