The hotel offers a great view over a valley with nearby options to go downtown or to the casino. The location is also convenient to access exceptional restaurants. The room and bathroom are clean and include pleasant features such as a cozy fireplace, a whirlpool, and a big TV. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the breakfast is included.

The hotel walls are not very good sound barriers, causing disturbances from loud guests.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to popular attractions and had easy access to downtown Petoskey. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. the amenities provided were also a bonus, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast choices were limited and the food often tasted old.

The front desk staff were friendly and offered helpful dining and sightseeing tips. The suite had two bathrooms. Got a good deal on the price. The hotel was clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express in Petoskey! The pool was excellent, perfect for the kids to enjoy. The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with separate beds and a living room/kitchen area. The complimentary limo service was a fun bonus. we were completely satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

The view from the twin balconies was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spacious and luxurious, making our experience one we will never forget. I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel and I can't wait to go back! the location is perfect, situated right across the street from a casino. It's also conveniently located at the top of a hill, which affords you a breathtaking view of the valley. Speaking of views, the rooms were incredible with their awesome valley views. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pretty sizable TV in the room as well. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wonderful view of the valley and many options included. It truly made my mornings even better!

One negative aspect was the slightly damp and musty smell coming from the couch, which was a bit off-putting. Another issue was the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, which gave a sense of negligence in maintenance.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of the Northern Michigan sunrise from my room. The hotel's location was ideal, only a short distance from shopping, dining, and attractions like Mackinac Island. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express and would definitely recommend it.

This hotel was an amazing surprise for us! With great value for money, we enjoyed our stay at the top of a hill with an awesome valley view. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Petoskey for a couple of nights. The location was perfect for my trip and the staff was amazing. The room was very nice and the price was worth it, especially with the full-size refrigerator in the room. The breakfast bar had plenty of selections and the front desk staff provided helpful tips on dining and places to visit. The upgrade to a penthouse and the limo service were unexpected surprises. it was an outstanding stay with friendly employees and excellent amenities.
