I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel near Cuautla. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I could enjoy a good night's sleep without any disturbances from outside noise. The staff was also very polite and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering delicious Mexican and American dishes. I particularly loved their chicken wings with "Franks Original Red Hot sauce." Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a new Walmart and Sam's Club was convenient for any necessary shopping. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel was conveniently located near a Walmart and a Sam's Club, which was very helpful for our stay during New Year's Eve. the rooms were clean and had good windows that kept the outside noise away and provided a good rest. the beds were comfortable and the towels were thick and absorbent.

The restaurant was not up to our standards. the prices were too high, and the menu was limited, while some dishes were not worth the expense.

We had a great experience at this place! it is conveniently located right next to a mall, making it easy for us to indulge in some shopping and dining options. The proximity to a shopping center was definitely a plus for us as it saved us time and hassle. Secondly, the service was top-notch. The room service, housekeeping, and grocery shopping service were prompt and efficient, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Finally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities that enhanced our comfort. The air conditioning and in-room safe provided convenience and security, while the patio offered a peaceful spot to relax. The television and am/fm alarm clock were a nice touch, allowing us to stay connected and wake up to our favorite tunes.
